One can obtain the application form and information brochure by post / courier by sending a postal request for the application form along with a DD of Rs 1100 / Rs 600 (Brochure price + postage charges Rs 100) drawn on any Nationalized Bank, in the name of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences University, Karad.
