Interested candidates can download the application form from the website: http://www.kuvempu.ac.in. Thereafter, the duly filled application form along with a DD of Rs 250 for General Class and Rs 150 for SC / ST / Cat-1) payable at SBM B. R. Project / SBI Shankaraghatta should be sent addressed to Dept of Industrial Chemistry, Kuvempu University, Jnana Sahyadri, Shankaraghatta - 577451on or before the last date mentioned. One can also get the application form and prospectus by post by sending a DD of the above mentioned amount fee in favour of The Finance Officer, Kuvempu University payable at SBM B. R. Project / SBI Shankaraghatta, along with a self addressed envelope (22cm x 30cm) duly affixing postal stamp of Rs 40 addressed to the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Kuvempu University, Jnana Sahyadri, Shankaraghatta - 577451.Prospectus fee should be paid only in the form of DD (money order/ postal order/ cheque etc., are not accepted).
