Interested candidates can download the application form from the website: http://lrsitbrd.nic.in/. Thereafter, the duly filled downloaded application form along with must be submitted along with a Bank Draft of Rs 1000 for General and OBC Candidates and Rs 500 for SC/ST Candidates drawn in favor of the Director, LRS Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, New Delhi. Application form along with the prospectus can be purchased from the cashier of LRS Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases in person on payment of fees of Rs 1000 (non refundable) from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm on all working days except Saturdays (On Saturday, form will be available from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm).
