One can also get the application form and information brochure by post from the above mentioned address by sending a postal request along with a Money Order of Rs 1050 in favor of the Dean Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS) Sevagram District Wardha, Maharashtra. Candidates are requested to mention their full address in capital letters and phone number on the ‘space for Communication and the space for senders address on the money order form. Thereafter, the duly filled application form along with the entrance exam must be submitted on or before the last date mentioned.
