One can also get the application form by post by sending a request for the application form addressed to the Head, Centre For Distance Education, NEHU Bijni Complex, Laitumkhrah, Shillong - 793 003, accompanied with a Banker Cheque / DD of Rs 150 drawn in favor of NEHU, Shillong. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be send to the Head, Centre for Distance Education, NEHU, Shillong on or before the last date mentioned.
