How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply in the online application form available in the website: www.nimhans.kar.nic.in. The applications are to be filled and submitted online, after the successful submission candidates are requested to take out a print out of the application form. Thereafter, the candidate must affix his / her latest passport size photograph on the space provided along with a DD of Rs 1000 (for both Medical & Non Medical Courses) for General Class and Rs 750 (for both Medical & Non Medical Courses) for SC / ST candidates per course drawn in favor of The Director, NIMHANS, Bangalore – 560 029. Also, with the relevant enclosures should be sent to the Director, NIMHANS, Hosur Road, Bangalore – 560 029 by superscribing the name of the course(s) applied for, on the envelope without fail.
Note: A candidate can apply for a maximum of 4 courses only (Medical & Non-Medical inclusive) provided they are eligible.
Foreign Nationals are required to submit their applications through the Diplomatic Channel (through the Ministry of External Affairs). They shall also appear for the common Entrance Test along with the other candidates.
Sponsored candidates should submit their application through proper channel and they should also appear for the Common Entrance Test. The candidates should produce the sponsorship certificate in the prescribed format.
