Interested candidates can download the application form from the Institute’s website: http://nipccd.nic.in/. Thereafter, the duly filled downloaded application form must be submitted along with Rs 200 in cash or the payment made through a bank draft payable to NIPCCD at New Delhi in the address mentioned below. One can also obtain the prospectus and application form from the Publication Officer (Room No.003) NIPCCD, 5, Siri Institutional Area, Hauz Khas, New Delhi - 110 016 against a cash payment of Rs 200.
