Interested candidates can download the application from and prospectus from the university website: http://www.niscair.res.in/. The downloaded application form must be accompanied by DD for Rs 200 drawn in favor of NISCAIR, payable at New Delhi. Application form and prospectus can be obtained from the 'Head, Education & Training Division (ETD), NISCAIR, S.V. Marg, New Delhi-110067 in person on cash payment or by sending a self-addressed envelope (25cm x 20cm size) affixing Rs 25 postage stamps and enclosing a DD for Rs 200 drawn in favor of NISCAIR, payable at New Delhi. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be submitted to the Head, ETD, NISCAIR.
