Interested candidates can download the application form from the NISD’s website: www.nisd.gov.in. Thereafter,the completely filled application form must be submitted along with a DD of Rs 80 drawn in favour of the Director, National Institute of Social Defence, West Block-1, Wing-7, Ground Floor, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066, payable at New Delhi. Candidates can also send their application in the prescribed form given in the prospectus, which can be obtained from Old Age Care Division, National Institute of Social Defence, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, West Block-1, Wlng-3, First Floor, R.K. Puram, New Delhl-110066 (Tele. 26106883), from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on all working days during November 10, 2009 to December 11, 2009 by paying Rs 50 personally or by sending Draft / Pay Order of Rs 80. All the Draft/Pay Order should be in favour of the Director, National Institute of Social Defence, West Block-1, Wing-7, Ground Floor, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066, payable at New Delhi.
