Interested candidates can obtain the application form and information brochure in person by paying Rs 55 (Cost of Information Booklet and Form) form Patna Training College (For male) Dariyapur Gola, Patna, Ph. No. 0612-2302037, Women’s Training College (For Female) South of Gandhi Maidan, Patna Ph. No. 0612-2218809. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be submitted along with entrance test fee in the form of bank draft of Rs 450 for General Class and Rs 300 for SC/ST Candidates (for original inhabitants of State of Bihar only).
