How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form from the website: http://pgimer.nic.in/ together with requisite fee by demand draft in the name of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh. One can also get the application form and information brochure available for sale form the of the undersigned w.e.f. May 21, 2009, either in person on payment of Rs 500 for General/OBC category and Rs 400 for SC / ST from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on all working days except Saturdays (on Saturdays forms will be available from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon) or by post by sending a request letter accompanied with a self addressed thick envelope of size 24 x 15 cm bearing postage stamps of Rs 45 and bank draft preferably from any SBI Branch payable at SBI Medical Institute Branch (Code No. 1524) of Rs 500 for General / OBC and Rs 400 for SC / ST (indicating category) drawn in favor of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
