Interested candidates can obtain the application form (available in the form of OMR sheet) on cash payment of Rs 400 (including entrance exam fee) at the PTET Office, IV FS-5, Sector 3, Staff Quarters, Jai Narain Vyas University, New Campus Road, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342011. Thereafter, the duly filled application form (OMR Sheet) must be send address to one of authorized officer (list mentioned in website: www.ptetjnvu.org) to Jai Narain Vyas University, New Campus Road, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342011.
