Thereafter, the duly filled downloaded application along with a DD of Rs 200 for General Candidates / OBC Candidates and Rs 75 for SC/ST/PH candidates, also with the essential enclosures must be sent addressed to Deputy Registrar (Acad. & Exams.), University of Hyderabad, P.O. Central University, Hyderabad - 500 046. One can also obtain the application form and prospectus can also be either in person or by post on all working days from the Deputy Registrar (Acad. & Exams.), against cash payment. Cost of each copy is Rs 400 for General / OBC candidates and Rs 150 for SC/ST/PH candidates. Application form and prospectus can be obtained by post up to November 25, 2009 from the Deputy Registrar (Acad. & Exams.), at the above address by sending a request along with one self-addressed slip and a crossed DD of Rs 450 for General / OBC candidates and Rs 200 for SC/ST/PH candidates, drawn in favor of Finance Officer, University of Hyderabad on State Bank of India, Hyderabad Central University Branch, Hyderabad (Code No 5916) or on Andhra Bank, Nampally Branch, Hyderabad (Code No 378).
