Association of Pvt Medical & Dental Colleges of Uttar Pradesh is the body responsible for conducting Uttar Pradesh Common Admission Test Dental Entrance 2009, also known as UPCAT Dental Entrance. It is conducted for admission into the first year of BDS (Bachelors of Dental Surgery) program offered by its associate college/institutes.

Candidate can obtain the application form cum information brochure in person by making cash payment of Rs 1050 from all the member colleges and also from the Oriental Bank of Commerce, Springdale Branch, Bichpuri Road, Pilibhit Bypass Road, Bareilly U.P. Pin 243 006. It can be obtained by post by sending a request demanding the application form, addressed to the Oriental Bank of Commerce, Springdale Branch, Bichpuri Road, Pilibhit Bypass Road, Bareilly U.P. Pin 243 006, along with a crossed DD of Rs 1100 drawn in favour of The Association of Private Medical and Dental Colleges of Uttar Pradesh payable at Barerilly.
