New Delhi: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Geologists Exam 2009 is scheduled to commence on December 5, at 29 centres across India. UPSC has already dispatched admission certificates to the candidates, while letters of rejection, citing reason(s) for rejection, have also been issued.
According to a statement made by UPSC Official, if an applicant has not received any of the above communications, he/she may contact UPSC Facilitation Counter on phone numbers 011-23381125, 011-23385271 and 011-23098543 during working hours. The candidates may also send fax messages on number 011-23387310. Detailed venue information, in respect of all admitted candidates, is available at the UPSC's website.
Candidates who have not received the Admission Certificates may download the venue information from the UPSC's website and use it for appearing in the examination. Such candidates should carry two photographs and a proof of identity, such as Identity Card, Election Identity Card, and Driving License; otherwise they may not be allowed to take the examination.
