Interested candidates can download the application form from the website: http://wbuafscl.ac.in. One can also collect the application form from the office of the Controller of Examinations except in Saturday & Sunday on producing a Bank Draft of Rs 300 for General Class & Rs 150 for SC / ST of any Nationalized Bank in favor of Finance Officer, W.B.U.A.F.S., payable at Kolkata. Candidates are requested to apply in separate application for each subject of study.
