Interested candidates can obtain the application form and information brochure in person from the institute against a cash payment / DD (payable in Delhi) of Rs 700 for General Category Candidates and Rs 600 for SC / ST / OH Candidates drawn in favor of Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust. Application form and information brochure can also be obtained by post by sending a postal request. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be submitted on or before the last date mentioned.
