One can obtain the same in person or by post from the Centre for Academic Excellence, Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, Tirucliimppalli-620 024. Thereafter the duly filled form should be submitted along with a DD of Rs 600 (Rs 650 by post) drawn in the favor of the Director (admissions), Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
