Thereafter, the completely filled applications should reach the undersigned in person or by registered post on or before 5 pm without the late fee on or before the last date mentioned. Late applications will be accepted with a fine of Rs 500 upto 5.00 pm on April 30, 2010. Applications will also be accepted with a fine of Rs 1000 upto 5.00 pm on May 10, 201 and the candidates applying during this period will be allotted Visakhapatnam centre only.
