The completed application form along with three recent color photographs (one pasted on the form and two attached by paper clip to the form), with photocopies of all the required mark sheets and certificates, and with a crossed DD of Rs 2000 drawn in favor of Birla Institute of Technology, payable at Ranchi, should be sent in a stout A4 size envelope by Speed post / Registered Post / reliable courier to the office of the Dean Admissions, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi-835215.
