One can obtain the same by sending a postal request to the Director, Institute of Distance Education, Dr Hari Singh Gaur University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh-470003, along with a DD of Rs 300 drawn in favor of the Registrar, Dr Hari Singh Gaur University, Sagar, along with a self addressed envelope (9?*5? size) with postal stamp of Rs 32 affixed on it.
