How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form from the university's official website: www.bhu.ac.in or from FMS website: http://www.fmsbhu.ac.in/. The downloaded application form must be submitted along with a DD of Rs 1000 (Rs 650 for SC/ST category). The Bank Draft/Banker's Cheque should be drawn in favor of Registrar, Banaras Hindu University payable at SBI, BHU Main Branch (code 0211). One can obtain the application form in person from Faculty of Management Studies, BHU, Varanasi against a crossed SBI Bank Draft (MICR)/Banker's Cheque of Rs 1000 (Rs 650 for SC/ST category). Applicants can obtain the application form by post through a requisition along with crossed SBI Bank Draft (MICR) of Rs 1050 (Rs 700 for SC/ST) and self-addressed envelope of 32*26 cm. The completed application form should be submitted to the Dean Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi -221005.
