The application forms for these programmes are available in FORE School of Management and selected branches of Axis Bank and IMS centres of Rs 1600 by cash. Those, who want to apply online, can download the application form from the official website of the Institute - http://www.fsm.ac.in. They have to submit online application form along with Rs 1650 either through credit card / debit card or they can send DD drawn in favor of “FORE School of Management”, payable at New Delhi.
