Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in the entrance test and interview. These are full time on-campus professional programs to be offered from two centres, IGNOU, New Delhi and MSE, Chennai.

Interested candidates can download the application form along with the information brochure from the website: www.ignou.ac.in and www.mse.ac.in. Thereafter, the duly filled downloaded along with a demand draft for Rs 1000 (Rs. 500 for SC/ST) drawn in favor of IGNOU payable at New Delhi should reach the Registrar, Student Registration Division, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068 on or before the last date mentioned.
