Interested candidates can download the application form and prospectus from the university's official website: www.ignou.ac.in. Downloaded application form, completed in all respects should be submitted along with a DD of Rs 550 drawn in favor of IGNOU payable at New Delhi. Candidates can obtain the same from all Regional Centers, Study Centers, and IGNOU-Army, Navy and Assam Rifles Recognized Regional Centers.
