Interested candidates can download the application form from the institute's official website: http://www.iiita.ac.in/. One can obtain the same in person from counters of the institute (list of counters available at: http://www.iiita.ac.in/pub/MBA_MS_2011_FORM.pdf). The cost of application form is Rs 1200 (Rs 600 for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Candidates can pay the cost either in cash or in the form of DD of MICR type from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favor of IIIT-Allahabad payable at Allahabad.
