N / A (For admission into the M Tech programme applicant must have a B Tech/BE degree with first class or equivalent in the respective or allied areas with exceptional academic record and possessing a valid GATE score)

How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form and information brochure available in the website: www.iith.ac.in. After duly filling it send as an email attachment to mtech_2010_applications@iith.ac.in on or before the last date mentioned. Candidates desirous of applying for more than one M Tech programme are instructed to apply separately for each program. There will be an application fee of Rs 200 for General/OBC category and Rs100 For SC/ST category. The application fee is to be paid in the form of a DD drawn in favor of Registrar IIT Hyderabad payable at SBI, KANDI branch, for the above and should be sent to the address given below.
