The duly filled application form along with Statement of Purpose and two Letters of Recommendation (sealed by the referee) and with copies of mark sheets/certificates and other testimonials should be submitted in one envelope to the Convener, PhD Admissions, Indian Institute of Technology Indore, M-Block, IET, DAVV Campus, Khandwa Road, Indore 452017, MP.
