Thereafter, a print out of the duly filled online application form along with DD of Rs 2000 payable at New Delhi, drawn in favor of the Director, ILBS, New Delhi, should be sent addressed to the Assistant Registrar, Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS), D-1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070 on or before the last date mentioned.
