Indian Institute of Human Rights (IIHR), New Delhi, has invited applications for admission into two-year Postgraduate (PG) Diploma Programme in Human Rights, to be offered in the ensuing session 2011. The programme will be offered under distance learning mode. IIHR was established with an aim to train the young men and women for facing the challenges of the pluralistic society and the rising conflicts and tensions in the name of particularistic loyalties to caste, religion, region and culture.
