Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) invites applications from the candidates, who want to study Post Graduate Diploma courses in Journalism(English), Journalism(Hindi), Advertising and Public Relations, Radio & TV Journalism and Journalism(Oriya) at the institute. IIMC is among the leading institutes of mass communication in India. Established in 1965, under the aegis of Government of India, the institute selects qualified candidates as per their performance in the written test conducted by it, followed by group discussion and personal interview. The weightage given to written exam and GD/Interview is in ratio of 85:15.

How to Apply
The interested candidates can download the application form online from the website www.iimc.nic.in. The duly filled application form should be sent along with a DD of Rs 1100 in case of General category & Rs 1000 in case, the candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped categories. The DD should be drawn in favour of Registrar, IIMC New Delhi. The application forms and prospectus can also be obtained through post from IIMC New Delhi or Dhenkanal branch (Orissa), by sending a DD of Rs 1100 payable to Registrar IIMC at New Delhi, along with a self-addressed stamped (Rs. 50) envelope.
