The downloaded application form, completed in all respects should be submitted along with the cost of application form and prospectus of Rs 300. Candidates can obtain the application form and prospectus by sending a DD/MO of Rs 300 drawn in favor of ISTD (Diploma Programme) payable at New Delhi or by cash from the Diploma Office, New Delhi.
