Interested candidates can obtain the application form from the Institute against a cash payment of Rs 100 or DD drawn in favor of Institute of Rail Transport payable at New Delhi alongwith a self addressed and stamped envelope (11 x 5) of Rs15. Applicants must write their full name and address in capital letters on the reverse side of the DD.
