Interested candidates can obtain the application form and information brochure from the University Office against a payment of Rs 500. Application form and information brochure can also be obtained by post from the University Office by sending a postal request along with a DD of 600 drawn on any nationalized bank, in favor of Krishna institute of Medical Sciences University” payable at Karad. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be submitted at the University Office in person or by registered post on or before the last date mentioned.
