The downloaded application form, completed in all respects should be submitted along with a DD drawn at any Nationalized Bank in favor of the Director, Mahatma Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences, payable at Puducherry. Candidates can also obtain the application form in person from the office of the Registrar, Mahatma Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences, Gorimedu, Puducherry – 605006 or from SBI Branch, MGPGI Campus, Puducherry. One can also obtain the application form through post by sending a crossed DD drawn at any Nationalized Bank in favor of the Director, Mahatma Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences, payable at Puducherry.
