Interested candidates can download the application form from the institute’s official website: www.yogamdniy.nic.in. Thereafter the duly filled form should be submitted in the office of MDNIY with a DD of Rs 200. The application of the candidates residing in Andaman & Nicobar Islands and North-East shall be forwarded by the concerned Health/AYUSH Deptt. Of the State / UT. However, the candidates may send an advance copy of their application to MDNIY.
