Interested candidates can download the application form from the University’s website www.mguniversity.edu. One can also have the application form in person from Centre for English Language and Communication Skills (CELCS) office at Gandhi Bhavan, Mahatma Gandhi University campus on payment of Rs 100. The same can also be obtained by post from the above mentioned address. Applications requested for by post should be accompanied by a DD of Rs 100 drawn in favour of the Coordinator, Centre for English Language and Communication Skills (CELCS), Mahatma Gandhi University payable at SBT, MGU campus branch and a self-addressed stamped (Rs 5) envelope.
