National Brain Research Centre (NBRC) has issued notification of the entrance test conducted by it, for doctoral courses, for the academic year 2010. The institute conducts the entrance test for those students, who want to get admission in Ph.D and Integrated Ph.D programs in the field of Neuroscience. However, candidates having scored qualifying marks in JRF in CSIR/ UGC/ ICMR/ ICCSR/ DBT or any other equivalent national examination are called for interview, directly.
The entrance test consists of multiple-choice type questions based on the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (candidates are required to attempt questions on any 3 subjects) and on General Knowledge or General awareness related to the field of Science. The University conducts entrance test at these test centers - Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune.

Candidates must have submitted application fee by DD drawn in favor of the Director, NBRC payable at Manesar or Gurgaon, and is non-refundable.
