National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Kurukshetra has announced the date of NIT MCA Common Entrance Test 2010, popularly known as NIMCET. It is a common entrance test conducted for admission into three years full time MCA (Master of Computer Applications) programme, offered by the NITs located at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal. NIMCET 10 is organized jointly by eleven NITs and being conducted by NIT Kurukshetra.

May 16, 2010 (Sunday) [Admission is done on the basis of candidates performance in the entrance exam followed by counseling, which is scheduled to be conducted on June 25 & 27, 2010 (Tentative Dates)]

Interested candidates are required to apply in the ONLINE application form available in the website: http://nimcet10.nitkkr.ac.in/.To fill online form applicants will have to create a login id. Thereafter, submit the application form online and a hard copy of the application form along with all the essential enclosures must be sent addressed to The Chairman, NIMCET10, National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, Kurukshetra - 136119 Haryana by post so as to reach on or before the last date mentioned. The application form can also be submitted in the office of NIMCET10 at NIT Kurukshetra by hand on all working days from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
