National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, has invited applications for admission into Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) programme, to be offered in the ensuing session 2010-2011. The PhD programme will be offered in all the disciplines of Engineering, Sciences and Management. NIT Warangal, which was formerly known as Regional Engineering College, came into existence in 1959. The institute got the status of a Deemed University in 2002 and renamed as National Institute of Technology.
