Interested candidates obtain the information brochure-cum-application forms can be obtained from the cash counter of the Institute immediately after the publication of the advertisement on cash payment of Rs 300 for general candidates and 150 for SC/ST candidates. In case the form is required to be sent by post, an additional amount of Rs 50 shall be added and a DD in favor of the Director, NIVH payable at Dehradun should be sent. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be submitted to The Director, National Institute for the Visually Handicapped, 116 Rajpur Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand- 248001, on or before the last date mentioned.
