Panjab University has announced the date of M.Ed. Entrance Test 2010, that is, August 29, 2010. The University conducts this entrance test for the admission of the candidates in M.Ed. (Regular) for Colleges of Education, situated in Chandigarh and Punjab, affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh and M.Ed. (2- Year Correspondence Course for in-service teachers). The entrance test will be conducted at Chandigarh centers only. Panjab University is considered as one of the prestigious universities in India. It was started in 1882. The University is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India.

How to apply
The students can get prospectus including OMR application form on the payment of Rs 1700, in cash, from their respective post offices. They can also get application forms by post from the Manager Publication Bureau, Panjab University, Sector 14, Chandigarh on payment of Rs.1780/- (Rs. 930/- for SC/ST) through DD drawn in favour of the Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh, payable at Chandigarh only.
