Interested candidates can download the application form from the university's official website: http://www.sumandeepuniversity.co.in/. The downloaded application form, completed in all respects should be submitted along with a DD of Rs 3250 (Form Fee + Test Fee + Postal Charges). Candidates can obtain the application form and information brochure in person from university office. One can obtain the same through post by sending a DD of Rs 1250 drawn on any Nationalized Bank drawn in favor of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth payable at Vadodara.
