Interested candidates can download the application form from the university’s official website: www.tezu.ernet.in. Downloaded application form must be submitted with a Bank Draft of 700 for General Category Candidates and Rs 350 for SC/ST Candidates drawn in favor of the Registrar, Tezpur University payable at Tezpur. The application form together with the prospectus can be obtained from the designated branches of Punjab National Bank at Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Guwahati (Fancy Bazaar), Tezpur by paying Rs 710 for General Category Candidates and Rs 360 for SC/ST candidates in cash. The same can also be obtained by post by sending a postal request to the Controller of Examinations, Tezpur University, P.O. Napaam, Tezpur , PIN-784028, Dist-Sonitpur, Assam with a bank draft of 760 for General Category Candidates and Rs 410 For SC/ST Candidates drawn in favor of the Registrar, Tezpur University payable at Tezpur and a self addressed unstamped envelope of size 30 cm ´ 25 cm or from the Department of Business Administration, Tezpur University, Napaam by paying ` 700 for General Category Candidates and Rs 350 for SC/ST Category Candidates. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be submitted on or before the last date mentioned.
