New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the Central Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination 2010 on October 24, 2010. The exam will be conducted at 321 venues in 41 centers all over the country. UPSC has dispatched the admission certificates to all the candidates. The commission has also issued the letter of rejection stating the reasons for rejection.
Candidates who have not received the Admission Certificate or rejection letter must contact UPSC Facilitation Counter in person or over telephone during working hours. Information regarding the test venues of the candidates can be obtained through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) of the commission. Candidates can get all the information regarding exam and test centers, on the official website of UPSC.
Candidates who have not received the Admission Certificates and who are eligible for the exam can download the venue information from the official website of UPSC. The venue information can be used for appearing in the exam. Candidates appearing in the exam using venue information are advised to reach the venue on the day of examination i.e. on October 24, 2010. Such candidates must carry two identical photographs and proof of their identity with them.
Identity proof may include identity card, voter identity card, driving license or passport of the candidate. Candidates without any of the above mentioned documents will not be able to appear in the examination.
