New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Exam (I) 2011 on April 17, 2011. The exam is being conducted for admission into the 127th course of Army, Navy and Air Force wings of National Defence Academy (NDA). It is also conducted for admission into 89th Indian Naval Academy (INAC) course, which is commencing from December 30, 2011.
Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the UPSC's official link: www.upsconline.nic.in. Candidates desirous to apply offline must apply in the Common Application Form devised by the commission for its examinations. The form can be obtained from the designated head post offices/post offices throughout the country.
Last date of applying online is November 15, 2010 till 11.59 am, after which the link will be disabled. However, all the offline applications should reach UPSC by hand/post/speed post or by courier on or before November 15, 2010. Candidates residing abroad or in certain remote specified areas can send their applications by speed post/post only on or before November 22, 2010.
