Jamshedpur: Prof. Pranabesh Ray, Dean-Academics of XLRI School of Business and Human Resource, has announced the date of XAT entrance exam 2011. The exam will be conducted on Sunday i.e. January 2, 2011 from 10.00 am to 12.30pm. Last XAT exam was conducted on January 3, 2010.
The entrance exam will be conducted in 33 cities: Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Berhampur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Goa, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Noida, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Trivandrum, Vadodara, and Visakhapatnam.

XAT is an entrance test conducted by XLRI School of Business and Human Resource on all-India level, to select the most appropriate students for management education. Many management institutes select students on the basis of marks obtained in XAT exam.
