Interested candidates can download the application form and other relevant details from the University’s official website: http://www.bfuhs.ac.in/. The application fee is Rs 700 which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Registrar BFUHS, payable at Faridkot. The duly filled in application form along with the DD and requisite enclosure documents (list given on the website) should be submitted to Registrar/Co-ordinator PPMET- 2011 latest by September 12, 2011.
