How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form from the official website of BIT Mesra:http://www.bitmesra.ac.in/. One must take a printout of the application form and complete it in all respect. The filled in form, along with a crossed Demand Draft of Rs 2,500 (Rs1,200 for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favor of Birla Institute of Technology, payable at Ranchi, three recent color photographs (one pasted on the form and two attached with the form) and all requisite documents (list of enclosures given on the website), should be sent in a A4 size envelope by Speed Post / Registered Post / Reliable Courier to The Office of Dean Admission & Academic Coordination, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi - 835 215. The envelope containing the application material should be superscripted with “Application for PhD 2011”.
