Birla Institute of Technology (BITS) Pilani has announced the admission assignment after Iteration II for Integrated First Degree Programmes today, i.e. on July 13, 2011. All applicants should check the website http://www.bitsadmission.com/fd/, after each iteration is announced in order to check their latest status and also for detailed instructions. If needed, one more iteration may be done on August 8 and the selected students will have to join on August 16, 2011.
Moreover, the admission or waitlist offers of those candidates, who do not pay fees before the deadline or do not report for admission on the specific day assigned to them, will be cancelled. Therefore, it is mandatory for the candidates to read the instructions carefully on ‘Advance Fees, Refund and Forfeiture of Fees’ given in the brochure and website.An Orientation programme is scheduled to be held on July 30 & 31, 2011 for all newly admitted students and classes will commence on August 1, 2011.
Those candidates who are asked to report for admission on August 8, 2011 or if required on August 16, 2011, a special calendar will be announced for extra classes at each campus. Candidates should come fully prepared accordingly. Therefore, the selected candidates have to make their travel plans so that they can report for admission at the respective campuses on the day assigned to them.
